How much does a small business website cost with Serelle?
Online Presence, a one-page site, is $359. Essentials, a four-page site, starts at $1,175, or $1,325 with photographs throughout. Professional starts at $2,475 and Premium at $3,525. Custom websites range from $1,325 to more than $10,000. Every price is in US dollars.
Are there monthly costs?
Every site is $29 a month to keep running. That covers hosting, your contact form, any add-ons, site monitoring and two 15-minute support calls each month. Online Presence is free to keep while it stays as built.
How do I pay?
Nothing is charged to get started. After your intake session, you pay a 50% deposit by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, and the balance when you approve your finished site.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. Your deposit reserves your place in our schedule, and work on your site begins with your intake session.
Working with us
Do I need to write my own website content?
No. You tell us about your work in everyday words, and we write every word of your site. If you'd like to write some of it yourself, you can.
How long does it take to build my website?
Online Presence typically takes about 5 business days and Essentials about 10, counted from the day your build begins. Professional and Premium timelines are set with you in your quote. If you need your site sooner, ask about rush delivery.
How many changes can I ask for?
Online Presence and Essentials include two rounds of review before launch. For Professional, Premium and custom projects, review rounds are agreed in your quote. After launch, changes are $109 an hour, with a one-hour minimum and then 15-minute steps.
Do you work with businesses and organizations outside the US?
Yes. We design websites for small businesses and nonprofits in the US, Canada, the Caribbean, the UK and across Africa. Your intake session is a video call booked in your own time zone, and every price is in US dollars.

Do you design websites for nonprofits?
Yes. Our designs include ones created for education, nonprofits and community organizations, as well as for professional firms, wellness and beauty, technology, creatives and trades. Any design can be chosen for any business or organization.
What if I don't have photographs?
That's fine. You choose how much photography your site has: none, a few, or photographs throughout. Send any photos you'd like us to use, and we'll choose photographs to suit your design for the rest.
Can my website use my own brand colors and fonts?
Yes. Choose a palette and typography from our designs, or ask us to match your own brand colors and fonts.
Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Every site is built to look good and load quickly on phones, tablets and computers.
Do I own my website?
You always own your domain, your words and your photos. Your domain stays registered in your name.
Will my website help people find me on Google?
Every site is built so Google can read and show it, and every package includes your Google Business Profile content, written and ready to add, so people can find you on Google Search and Maps. No one can promise a position on Google, and we never will.
