What we collect

• What you send us: your name, business name, email address, phone number and message when you use our contact or project forms, and the answers and files you provide for your project.
• Payment: deposits and balances are paid through Stripe. Stripe processes your card details; we never see or store them. We receive a record of the payment.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider records standard information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and keep it secure.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare quotes, carry out your project, take payment and keep our business records. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Services we rely on

• Cloudflare hosts this website and its forms, and its Turnstile service checks that forms are sent by people rather than automated programs.
• Resend delivers the emails our forms send.
• Stripe processes payments.

Each handles information under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep project records for as long as we work together and for as long afterward as needed for our business and tax records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, except where we must keep it by law.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile and Stripe may set strictly necessary cookies to protect forms and payments.
